SUMMARY: LC 28 8787    LC 28 8863S

Would require consultants who are preparing local government bids, RFPs or procurement orders to disclose any payments or compensation they have received by any potential vendor or bidder with regard to the bid, RFP or procurement/purchasing order.  Consultant would also be required to disclose any material transactions or relationships that could be a possible conflict of interest.
